GN R634 — Regulation 7 & 8
Generate a NEMWA-compliant Waste Transfer Manifest as required by GN R634 Regulation 7. The manifest must accompany all waste transfers and be retained by the generator, transporter and receiving facility for 5 years.
⚠ Legal requirement: Under GN R634 Regulation 8, a Waste Transfer Document (manifest) is mandatory for all transfers of hazardous waste and for general waste transfers exceeding 20 tonnes. Failure to provide a manifest is an offence under NEMWA Section 67.
